Why I Do This Work

Hi, I’m Helen — a Certified Health & Wellbeing Coach who believes health begins with connection.

After years leading community-driven nonprofits and arts-based health initiatives, I saw how creativity, connection, and belonging can transform wellbeing.

My training in lifestyle medicine coaching deepened that understanding — showing how our daily choices, environments, and relationships shape health. Through social prescribing, I discovered how connection and community make healthy changes truly last.

Through Social Health Coaching, I help you rebuild that foundation of connection using evidence-based practices rooted in movement, nature, art, service, and belonging.
